The Wines!!

Eric Rodez Rose' Brut NV $59.99
Excellent wine. Beautiful clear coral colored wine. A mineral and citrus nose with some floral highlights. The mouth feel was creamy with tight soft bubbles. On the palate the structure was bright and tasted of rich earthy fruits and citrus notes.
Once again a solid performance from this beautiful rose.
Full, rich and round, acidity in check and maintains a nice balance. Very aromatic , salmon to copper pink in colour. Very good.

Domaine D'Eole Provence
In the heart of the South, where earth, wind and sunshine come together lies the Domaine d’Eole. For more than twenty years, Christian Raimont, owner, and Matthias Wimmer, oenologist, have undertaken the vine growing and wine making, always working to improve quality, in order to express this "terroir" blessed by the Gods. Every care is taken to produce typical wines of the South, rich in color, flavor and character:
*Organic farming, controlled by Ecocert since 1996, no treating with pesticides, no chemical fertilizers.
*Typical provencal varieties:  Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan,  Mourvèdre.
*Low production by severe pruning and “vendanges vertes” in summer.
*Manual harvesting at ideal maturity followed by a rigorous selection.

Domaine D'Eole Rose' "Eygalieres", Provence $19.99
Domaine D'Eole Cuvee "Tradition" Rouge $19.99
Domaine D'Eole Coteaux D'Aix en Provence $21.99

Domaine Phillipe Plantevin Cote du Rhone Villages $20.99
Harmony and elegance is excellent for this side of the Rhône Villages. This wine is a reflection of a climate that is contrasted between the mistral assault from the south and air vibrating under the Massif to the north. Lulled by the sound of cicadas, warmed by the rollers, the old vines patiently concentrate their juices.
Let your palate be carried by the subtle blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre grapes grown and fermented at the heart of the enclave of the Popes.
