The Wines!!

Jones of Washington Pinot Gris $16.99
This Estate Grown Pinot Gris is bright, crisp and clean. It has aromas of Anjou pear, lemon pith and green apple Jolly Rancher. On your palate you will find flavors of fresh slices of Granny Smith apple, white grapefruit, lemon and lime zest and a finish of zippy white grapefruit and white nectarine, which offers pleasing acidity and a soft mouth feel.

Poppy Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands $16.99
This focused, elegant Chardonnay’s aromas feature sweet golden apple, ripe citrus, tropical fruit and almond with touches of creamy yeast, vanilla and oak in the background. On the plate, the rich flavors are complemented by a light touch of toasty oak and refreshing citrus with mineral notes and bright acidity in the finish.

Timbre Pinot Noir "A Cote" $23.99
Aged for 11 months in neutral French oak, the wine is garnet, getting slightly paler toward the rim. The nose exhibits red apples, dried leaves and raspberries. The palate boasts rich fruit, and is framed by soft tannins and balanced with acidity. Cola and strawberry preserves lead toward a finish highlighted by cocoa nibs, and caramel.

Poppy Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles $16.99
This wine displays blueberry, black cherry and currant flavors with nuances of licorice, violets and cigar box all wrapped together with a dash of vanilla and mocha. Medium to full-bodied, well-balanced, with soft tannins, this wine shows tremendous dimension, with a seamless finish that lingers throughout the palate. Pair with dishes more on the savory side, lamb and roasted meats. This wine is designed to drink well within two years of its vintage date however it will be at its best starting around 2017.

"The Dude" Red Bordeaux Blend $34.99
After selling out each of the last three vintages in record time, "the dude" is back! The blend for 2013 consists of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec.

As we expand we are still focused on working with the same vineyards that have made our wine successful from the beginning. Once again the Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Atlas Peak and Rutherford. The remainder of the blend comes from the Oak Knoll AVA in the heart of the Napa Valley. "the dude" spent 16 months in barrel, where it was mated with 40% new French Oak. (Only 350 cases were produced)
