The Wines!!

Castelvecchio Gavi di Gavi $16.99
Pale straw with delicate greenish highlights. Intense, long, continuous and persistent; very fresh and fruity, after some time it reminds of honey. It tastes fresh, harmonic, with moderate acidity, highly typical, with almond and hazelnut flavour in the end. It goes well with any meal, especially white meats, fish, seafood: also ideal as aperitif and after dinner.

Castelvecchio Piemonte Rosso $12.99

Nebbiolo – Barbera – Dolcetto
Ruby red in color, in time develops garnet tones. It has an intense and mature aroma, full body with a fresh taste of red berries. It has a pleasant “fresh” wine nose, which becomes ethereal while aging  A wine with fresh fruit taste and great character that ages well.

De Aetna Rosso Terra Constantino $29.99

Nerello Mascalese 90%, Nerello Cappuccio 10%. Ripening in the first fifteen days of October.

The name DeAetna, inspired by the title of a Latin pamphlet dated 1494, expresses the sacredness of the oenological universe. Written in dialogue form, the text tells of the ascension to the top of the volcano by a Venetian writer, Pietro Bembo, after returning from his stay in Messina at Constantine Lascaris’s. The description and study of Mt.Etna and its activity assign to "DeAetna" classical and historical mysticism giving the Sicilian wine the most intellectual moment of the encounter at the table.

Castelvecchio Barbaresco $24.99
Nicely intense in colour with orange reflections, ample and ethereal, it expresses all the softness of the well-aged Nebbioli with smooth tannins and scent of violet; full body with excellent evolution potential. Meats, cheeses, and first courses (to be open some time before drinking; serve at 18-20C

Castelvecchio Barolo $32.99
Garnet red, showing violet, rose petals. Long and full body in the mouth, with an intense, lingering finish. Red meat, mature cheeses (to be open some time before drinking; serve at 18-20 C

The Beers!!

Center of the Universe Chameleon V1 IPA, 4 pack, $15.99
Chameleon IPA is our solution to an ever changing palate in craft beer consumers. Even the IPA category has undergone extreme volatility in flavor and style preferences over the last few years.

This beer gives our brewery the flexibility to continually have our finger on the pulse of the consumer and react quickly to provide the people with the product that they want. Every time Chameleon IPA changes, the background color on the can will change.

Chameleon was constructed using Maris Otter, 2-Row, Flaked Oats, and Acidulated Malt. Mosaic & Simcoe hops were added to the boil and the beer was dry-hopped with Amarillo & Mosaic. The tropical fruit aromas of the Chameleon will transport you to a faraway island and its silky mouthfeel and hop-derived flavors like kiwi-strawberry and mango will leave you wanting more.

Reaver Beach, City of Bones, American IPA, 4 pack $17.99

3.95 RateBeer ABV 7.5%
Poured a cloudy, yellow body with good head and lace ring down glass. The aroma has touches of yeast/wheat twang with some bitter acidity/orange hops. The beer is crisp, bitter, light, sharp, acidic hops with a mild sweet orange juice like balance.

Stone Ruination 2.0 Double IPA, 22 oz $8.99
Big, Bold and hugely Aromatic!
Stone Ruination IPA was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved over the years, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. For the second incarnation of our groundbreaking India pale ale, we employ dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops that give this beer its incredible character. We’ve also updated the name to Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0 to reflect the imperial-level intensity that’s evident in every sip. Join us in cheering this, the second stanza in our “Liquid Poem to the Glory of the Hop.”
