La Cle de la Femme Brut, France $39.99
Our Thoughts on this wine.....
Clear, light straw yellow with tiny persistent bubbles. Perfectly  balanced, fresh Macintosh apple skin opening up to buttery tarte and gooseberry.  Slight sweetness balanced by clean acidity. Well integrated, ripe fruit (dew melon), almond and delicate orange blossom. Biscuity honey finish with a lingering sweetness yet fresh!
From the Wine Maker……
Grape bunches are harvested from vines in the Marne Valley facing south and south east, and planted in sedimentary soils comprised of calcium, silica, and limestone. Cool fermentation in stainless steel and a complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is left on the lees for a minimum of 20 months. It expresses aromas of apple and white pear along with more subtle notes of almond, buttered toast, and baking spices.

Our Thoughts on this wine.....
The alcohol is refreshingly low, yet this is no wimpy wine: it's packed with flavor. A pretty nose of apricots and pear, with a delicious palate showing crisp apple, lemon/lime, pineapple and a touch of honey, and subtle minerality. Very harmonious, off-dry mouth feel and a velvety-smooth apricot/lemon with a clean finish.
Food Pairings - Because of Riesling’s fruit, semi sweetness and acidity, it makes the perfect accompaniment to spicy food. Strong Indian and Asian spices are a perfect match.

A true Russian River Valley Chardonnay from one of the region's most respected producers.
With just the right amount of oak, this wine is the perfect balance for those who love their Chardonnay with lots of California fruit, but not overbearing oak. 

Merlot $15.99
Red plum, currants and cedar aromas with a touch of earthy goodness. This wine is medium to full-bodied and impeccably balanced with a firm texture and a long, savory finish. Pour a few glasses alongside slow grilled BBQ beef ribs or wild mushroom risotto.

Ironside Cabernet Sauvignon $17.99
Iron Side Cabernet Sauvignon comes to you from Mendocino and Paso Robles. Out of all the wines we tasted, the wines from these two regions came together and just clicked. The Cabernet from Mendocino provided the wine’s classic aroma and texture; Paso Malbec added weight and richness, and the Petite Sirah delivered color and length. The best rock bands sometimes consist of only three members, talented enough to maintain intensity AND clarity from start to finish. This wine is no different.

Pours hazy golden with tall, long lasting, foamy, white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of spices, banana, and wheat malt. Body is medium and crisp. Spices, wheat malt, banana, some hops and lemon fill the mouth. Finish is long and dry with some sourness.

"Clear golden orange with lots of effervescence and thick of-white head. Heady aromas of pine resin. Full-bodied palate is oily, earthy; hints of citrus lead to a full, piney finish. Full-bodied hops are perfectly balanced and not over-done. Very Tasty."
