The Wines!!
Chocopahla Arinto Branco, Portugal $13.99
OLD VINES from 16th century Estate - Bright lemon yellow in color with a freshly aromatic nose of citrus and tropical fruits, Quinta de Chocapalha Arinto boasts lively acidity and a lingering finish.

Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough $17.99

#32 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2018
Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense aromas of ripe passionfruit, elderflower, limes and fresh herbs. The palate introduces a delightful lime/citrus based mouth-watering intensity and finishes with a strong textural component. Delicious upon release, this wine will improve for 3-5 years post vintage.
92 points The Wine Spectator
Rich and complex, with honeysuckle and freshly grated ginger notes up front, giving way to juicy and crisp Meyer lemon, yellow apple and Asian pear flavors. Hints of lime zest and dried mango linger.
90 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"Combining hints of passion fruit and gooseberry, the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc is a textbook example of what Marlborough can deliver but rarely does. A bit of cut grass adds green to the tropical-fruit mix without going overboard in this medium-bodied, silky-textured wine. It should drink well for a year or two."
90 points The Wine Enthusiast
"The relatively cooler temps of the 2017 vintage are obvious on this Sauvignon Blanc, where aromas of green beans and jalapeño peppers mix with guava and grapefruit rind, followed closely by a solid whiff of salty sea air. The palate is equally saline, with a lovely satiny texture and lemony acidity. A wine for oysters if there ever was one."

Selvapiana Chianti Rufina $19.99

92 points The Wine Enthusiast
"Thyme, woodland berry and floral aromas mingle with a whiff of tilled earth. The taut linear palate evokes juicy plum, Morello cherry, underbrush and tobacco alongside polished tannins and vibrant acidity. Enjoy now for its pristine fruit and precision or hold for more complexity." Drink through 2031.
91 points The Wine Spectator
"A focused style, with cherry and plum flavors accented by a smoky note. Juicy and balanced, leaving hints of earth and tobacco on the long finish. Drink now through 2033."

Tournon Shiraz, Mathilda $15.99
Vinification :The grapes are destemmed and then they ferment in cement or stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts from 2 to 3 weeks in order to allow the tannins extraction that provides a good ageing potential to the wine. Maturing The wine is entirely aged in cement or stainless steel tanks and it is bottled 12 months later.
Tasting :Colour: brilliant, dark ruby colour. Nose: deep with black fruits and pepper aromas. Palate: supple and greedy with silky and elegant tannins. Recommended food pairing: charcuterie, smoked meats, grills. Serving temperature: 16-17°C.
Ageing potential: more than 3 years.

Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon $29.99

WS TOP 100 #58
Son of' the Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon. It carries the structure, power and tannins of classic Cabernet in an earlier drinking, more forward style from fruit sourced from each of the Vasse Felix vineyards.
Maroon color with a purple tint, the 2015 vintage unfolds a classical savory Cabernet perfume. Vibrant blackcurrant fruit with gravel earth, hints of venison, mushrooms and truffles mingle with a fine sage-like herbal lift. Fragrant spiced oak notes sit beautifully underneath, delivering a touch of classical cedar. A light entrance leads to juicy fruit with bright acidity, with flavors of blackcurrant and woodsy native forest. Shapely as a Cabernet should be, the power starts to build with a fine tannin profile, leaving a lengthy dry, linear finish.
Blend: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Malbec

92 points The Wine Spectator
"Opens with a fresh green accent reminiscent of tomato leaf and sage, giving a savory, peppery note to the plush, velvety cassis and plum core. Finds balance between grace and power, with spice and herb elements lingering on the finish. Drink now through 2028"
91 points Australian Wine Companion
"Brightly coloured; tips the scales of medium-bodied, deliberately light and fresh in the mouth, both bouquet and palate draped over a scaffold of superfine tannins providing a long finish and aftertaste."
91 points James Suckling
"Ripe summer berries with a sense of brightness and freshness. Red fruits and some leafy, herbal edge, too. The juicy and elegant palate has a gently herbal, succulent and tangy style."

The Beers!!
Oskar Blues "Mama's Little Yella Pils" 19 oz. 2.99
Mama’s Little Yella Pils is an uncompromising, hand crafted version of the great Pilsner beers of Bavaria and Bohemia. Unlike mass market “pilsners” diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built on pilsner and honey malt then hopped with Saaz and Aramis hops. While it’s rich with flavor, its 33 IBUs and low 4.7% ABV make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher.

Solace Players Club, 4 pack $16.99
At 5.7% this one is super drinkable!!

Knee Deep Breaking Bud IPA, 4 pack $16.99
"These folks know how to make IPA. Just had the larger siblings (Simtra and Lupulin) recently and was so impressed. This one pours a clear golden with a finger of sticky white foam. Aroma is pine foremost, with tropical fruits and a bit of malt lingering. Flavor follows similarly with a nice juicy pop of fruitiness mid-sip, smooth throughout. Finish is semi-dry with just a mild bitter. Delicious."
