The Wines!!

 Vina Temprana Rosado 2018 $10.99
Vina Temprana is based out of Aragon, Spain, and specializes in wines produced from old-vine Garnacha (otherwise called Grenache).
The surrounding landscape is arid, with searing heat in the summer, and bone-chilling cold in the winter.
The resulting rose is surprisingly peppery, with concentrated notes of strawberry and taffy on the palate.
A beautiful pairing with salmon or seared scallops.

Domaine Fichet Macon Villages 2017 $19.99
Domaine Fichet brings classic incarnations of Macon White Burgundy to life. This is 100% Chardonnay, and expresses the lighter, more fruit-forward side of Burgundy. Through judicious use of neutral French oak,  Fichet achieves a balance of creaminess, grilled pineapple, and fresh, green apples on the palate. This is a classic option with Brie or mushrooms sauteed in butter.

Domaine Feuillet - Juillot "Camille" 2017 $27.99
- Feuillet - Juillot is known as "the feminine side of Burgundy."  Located in Montagny, they are extremely light-handed with their oak, preferring to let the fruit speak for itself.
The resulting Chardonnay is shrouded in mystique, with an intriguing ginger spice at the finish.
This is something to serve with grilled sea bass or oil-poached vegetable.

Tim Smith "Bugalugs" Shiraz 2018 $22.99
The word "Bugalugs" is a friendly insult from our friends down under.  It translates to "knucklehead" or "rugrat" and is often used with children.
Tim Smith is poking fun at himself here, making light of his work and reminding us all not to take life too seriously.
His 2018 Shiraz is full of fresh berries: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and cherry.
A perfect red for summer - this wine is made to be chilled slightly and enjoyed alongside grilled steak or charred sweet potatoes.

Tim Smith Barossa Shiraz 2016 $36.99
Tim's 2016 Shiraz is the "grown up" version of the 2018.
Aged in a blend of neutral and new French oak, the resulting wine is driven by warming spice, well-spun tannin, and dense dark berries.
The palate is gently meaty, with notes of toasted vanilla, coffee, and dark chocolate.
This is a wine for slow-braised meats or anything kissed by woodsmoke.

The Beers!!
Commonwealth Aureole Pilsner, 4 pack $14.99
Pale Belgian malt unites with noble hops from Czech and Styria creating
a clean, golden lager with a hint of malt sweetness followed by a refined and balanced finishing bitterness.

Reason Brewing, New SOP Double IPA, 4 pack $15.99
Brewing with creativity and balance is our Standard Operating Procedure, and New SOP celebrates this commitment.
Generous dry hop additions create a deeply-layered palate of tropical fruit and floral flavor with restrained bitterness.
This perfectly balanced double IPA pours a beautiful clear golden color with a brilliant white sudsy head.
New SOP is clean, smooth, and almost dangerously drinkable.
