The Wines!!
Hillinger Pinot Gris $12.99
Medium straw-yellow colour with pink hue. Aromas of ripe fruit such as quince and mango with hints of walnut.
On the palate, the Pinot Gris is smooth and full-bodied with a nice middle palate, rounded off with a fine spicy and long finish.

Ruttenstock Gruner Veltliner, Reid Reipersberg $19.99
Almost Sauvignon Blanc like, this Gru¨ner has a very aromatic nose, some
citrus, classic white pepper and a clean fresh finish.

Anton Bauer Wagram Pinot Noir $19.99
This Pinot Noir shows a precise balance between the fruit and acidity that makes it fresh and lively.
It has a typical Pinot Noir nose with strawberries, raspberries and floral notes such as violets.
On the palate the wine is well balanced, elegant and it has a long finish tasting of red berries.
An all-purpose red, easy to drink and it pairs with many different dishes from fish and vegetables to lighter meat dishes and spicy food.

Jalits Blaufrankisch Eisenberg DAC $19.99
Inviting aromas of rasperries, cherries and blackberries. Good fruit on the palate and juicy with some herbs and spices.
Classic Eisenberg mineral notes, elegant body and a clean finish. Good length.
Think summer fare like grilled burgers, grilled vegetables and charcuterie.

Hillinger Blaufrankisch, Leithaberg $34.99
A medium ruby color with a short purple rim. The nose shows of ripe fruit of blackberry and ripe strawberries.
Underlined by spicy aromas of white pepper and mediterranean herbs, moss and cloves.
A taut structure supported by a bit of roasted aromas leads to a long balanced and animating finish.
This wine shows the sense of place from the Leithaberg.

The Beers!!
Schlafly Kölsch, 6 pack $11.99
Unique to the Schlafly brewery because Ulrike, a native of Köln and wife of brewery co-founder Tom Schlafly,
connected Schlafly Beer with the Gaffel Brewery of Köln. Schlafly Beer won the Gold Medal for Best German-style Kölsch in the World Beer Cup in 2010.

21st Amendment Toaster Pastry India Red Ale, 6 pack $13.99

ABV.7.6%, IBUs 74
Our first beer out of our new brewery is a homage to our building's former life as a Toaster Pastry factory. Biscuit malts give the beer a slightly nutty, crust-like flavor, complementing the fruity, jammy character of the hops. The toasty-sweet aroma, balanced by a bite of hops, makes this one of our favorite brews yet.
Ingredients
Malts?2-Row Pale, Crystal, Munich, Biscuit, Carafa
Flavor Hops - Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, Mosaic
Dry Hops - Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe, Azacca, Calypso
Bitter Hops - Warrior

21st Amendment Blah, Blah, Blah Double IPA, 6 pack $14.99

ABV 8%, IBUs - 65.
We are huge fans of IPA and love our hops like anyone else, but we also like to have fun. Our Blah Blah Blah IPA is a tongue-in-cheek commentary on the popularity of this style and all the sub-styles that have become part of craft beer conversations and offerings. This is a deep gold color, double IPA (of course) and jammed packed with hop flavors and aromas. With nine different hop varietals, on top of late-kettle boil additions, this beer has a juicy, hop chewy flavor.
IPAs are here to stay and Blah Blah Blah in many ways is a tribute to their prevalence and popularity and we love it.
So, grab yourself a Blah Blah Blah IPA and celebrate this plentiful style and hoppy indulgence.

Pairs with: fried chicken, sharp cheeses, carne asada and great conversation
Pairs BEST with: a home cook meal to celebrate something special
