The Wines!!
Manfred Breit Trocken Riesling $15.99
The Mosel River is the sinuous spine of the Mosel region, changing direction so often as it flows northeast toward the Rhine that it meanders nearly 250 km/150 miles, to cover about half that distance as the crow flies. Together with its two small tributaries, the Saar and the Ruwer, the Mosel composes one geographical entity. Although each river’s vineyard area produces a distinctive wine, they share a family resemblance: a fragrance reminiscent of spring blossoms, a pale color, light body and a refreshing, fruity acidity. Piersport, when Manfred Breit is located, is nestled in one of the Mosel’s loops and has been making outstanding wines for many generations. Since 2000, Holger Breit has been the winemaker and has focused on producing wines that are expressions of their place, using natural yeasts under control conditions. This dry riesling has great floral notes with nice citrus and orchard fruits to back it up. Pair this with chicken, duck, shrimp, spicy/aromatic herbs, delicate cheeses, roasted veggies that have some sweetness, or just sip it on your patio!
Plus, as a 1 liter bottle, it is a great value. 100% Riesling.

Albert Bichot Macon-Villages $16.99
This Mâcon Villages has a lovely pale straw yellow robe. The nose exhales beautiful acacia and honeysuckle floral notes on a slightly mineral background. The mouth is lively, fruity and floral with a refreshing finale.
With a meal, this white Mâcon village will beautifully match shellfish, seafood and white meats.
Savour it with scallops with hazelnut, creamed chicken or with stuffed peppers.
As for cheese, we suggest dry cheese such as gruyere or goudas. Equally good with fruit or chocolate-based desserts.
Serving and keeping - Serve at 12°C.  Drink now or keep 3 to 5 years.

Block Nine Pinot Noir $15.99
Beautifully long and rich in ripe cherry and berry flavors. The aromas exhibit generous bright fruit with a mix of strawberry, violets, plum, tea, and a hint of clove. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish. The 2013 growing season was generous is length and consistent temperatures. Flavors were strong at harvest .

Lapis Luna Zinfandel $13.99
DELIVERING A "ONCE IN A BLUE MOON" MOMENT IN EVERY BOTTLE.
We make wines that are vibrant, balanced, and delicious.
Rich, dark and enticing. The aromatics deliver savory black pepper blended with dark floral aroma. Dark and decadent blueberry and blackberry cobbler. 23% Sangiovese blends in top provide a lift of lively acid.?

Vieux Telegramme, Chateauneuf-du Pape $49.99
The grapes from the younger vines—still over twenty years old—make up Vieux Telegraphe’s second label, “Télégramme.” The concept was born after the ill-fated 2002 vintage, when flooding around harvest led the Bruniers to downgrade “La Crau” due to the torrid conditions. The resulting wine, dubbed “Télégramme,” saw significant success, prompting Daniel and Frédéric to produce the cuvée yearly from fruit they deem not worthy of the “La Crau” label. They have since supplemented it with fruit from vineyards they acquired upon purchasing Domaine La Roquète, always striving for a more accessible contrast to the earthy, deeply structured style of Vieux Télégraphe. The elegance and velvety texture make “Télégramme” easy to appreciate in its youth, with rich, generous, red fruit, uncharacteristic freshness, and beautifully integrated tannins. Its finesse and drinkability make it the Châteauneuf-du-Pape for restaurant lists and for wine lovers who do not have a cellar for aging.
