Vina Robles Sauvignon Blanc, Paso Robles $17.99
Brilliant straw color with green hues.
Aroma of green apple and white peach with notes of minerality.
A medium bodied, smooth wine balanced with fresh acidity and a lingering clean finish.
Diatom, Bar-M Vineyard, Chardonnay $28.99
This is a pet project of Greg Brewer of Clifton-Brewer Winery that only focuses on Chardonnay.
From one of the coolest climates on the west coast, Sta. Rita Hills enjoys the longest growing season,
making this a veritable paradise for the varietal. The name diatom is inspired by the fossilized plankton (diatomaceous earth) which is in the appellation and give this bottling it’s clean yet lush profile.
Though it is unoaked, it’s clearly medium bodied and fabulously Chablis like, austere at first, fattens up on the finish!
Tenuta Del Sarto Rosso, Veronese $13.99
Intensive ruby red color, bright and clear with soft garnet red reflexes.
Delicate fruity perfume of cherry. Good body and pleasant notes of vanilla, and the already felt cherry.
Food Pairings: roasted meat, grilled meat, but also with tasty cheese and smoked ham.
Blue Rock "Baby Blue", Sonoma $32.99
This juicy wine is a blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Merlot,
with smaller amounts of Petit Verdot, Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.
Grippy, youthful tannins lend structure and length around tones of integrated oak, rich blueberry and strawberry.
