The Wines!!
Lauverjat Sancerre, Loire $25.99
Beautifully balanced, this vintage is fresh and delicate on the nose; it’s vegetative with a touch of gooseberry and flint. Medium bodied with light acidity; starfruit and unripe nectarine mingle with a touch of grapefruit on the palate.
The nectarine ripens a bit on the finish, which has some length to it.
I love this wine with chicken and hoisin sauce, but it also pairs nicely with goat cheese.
Domaine Fussiacus Saint-Veran, Burgundy $23.99
A wine with golden-green color, round and fruity on the palate with floral aromas of acacia flower, anise and licorice.
An elegant wine that will accompany fish in sauce or grilled poultry, also sausages and cheeses.
This wine has crisp acidity and a simple message of fresh fruitiness.

Domaine Manoir du Carra "Estate" Beaujolais $13.99
Located in the small town of Denice, south of Burgundy and in the heart of the Beaujolais area,
Domaine Carra dates back to 1850, and has been in the Sambardier family for five generations.
Lighter bodied red wine that can be served slightly chilled. Bright strawberry and raspberry fruit flavors.
Delicious with Coq au Vin, grilled sausage, and charcuterie.

Beautiful sustained deep purple color. The bouquet is rich, generous, complex and reveals notes of black fruits.
