Tavignano "Villa Torre" Verdicchio

Archetype of a young Verdicchio, expression of great body and controlled sapidity, this wine is a perfect companion when you desire solid style and a cheeky attitude.
 
Colour: Straw yellow with greenish flashes.
Bouquet: Almond holds sway, playing with lemon, green apple and white thorn flower memories, in a fresh nose range, immediately pleasant.
Flavour: Refined contrast of sensations, that offers smoothness supported by a deep sapidity for a taste that is dense, graceful, charming.
 
R8 Chardonnay
The first vintage of this wine produced. 777 cases. A crisp, refreshing, beauty with apple aromas and a smooth, clean taste. Rich and long, this wine drinks well above its price.

 

La Pradera Monastrell

 

The grapes are hand harvested from bush vines carefully tended by the oenologists to ensure grapes achieve optimal ripeness. Pre-fermentation at 50°F for three days is followed by fermentation at 73° to 77°F in stainless steel tanks.

PROFILE: Monastrell grapes produce a fresh vibrant wine. La Pradera is dark purple with red tones. The aromas
are black currant and plum. On the palate there is a natural fruitiness reminiscent of dark forest-fruits with hints of vanilla and spices. Soft tannins leave lingering suggestions of chocolate.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Pairs well with red meats and full flavored dinners.

91% Syrah 9% Cabernet Saugvignon

“A hint of raspberry opens into an aroma of wild blueberries and huckleberries with smokey nuances. On the palate the core flavor of wild blueberry is surrounded by hints of raspberry, cherry, plum and blackberry. The firm acid backbone supports a complex finish of blackberry and clove.”

 

2012 Abondante  Zinfandel
Rich, dark nose. Lush berry aromas with a tad of nail polish. It's polished and distinctive with nice blackberry and plum flavors. Hints of black olive. It's lush and herbal with downplayed zin qualities that integrate nicely.
