 Calmel and Joseph 2011 Faugeres

50% Syrah 30% Black Grenache 20% Old Carignan .From the heart of the sunny south of France comes this blockbuster of a red wine.  Proud winner of a Gold medal in the Decanter World Wines Awards 2011, this wine is an excellent example of the little known region of Faugères. The brightly coloured purple hue leads to an array of rich, red cherry fruit and wonderful rich spice.  The palate is smooth with soft red fruit with an exuberant mouthfeel.

Guy Allion Domaine du Haut Perron 2012 Savignon Blanc

From Touraine, this lively white wine has  green apples, citrus flavor. Aroma of white flowers that grow wild in geography. After aeration, aromas are reminiscent of boxwood. Flexible and lively, aged in stainless.

Villa Blanche Chardonnay 2012

The climate of this 100% Chardonnay is typically Mediterranean, warm and sunny with low rainfall.  Grown in limestone, clay soil. Winters are mild, summers are hot and the usual dry conditions ensure that the grapes ripen fully, juicy.  Aged in oak, wine has bright minerality, soft finish.
