The Wines!

Bulles D'O Blanquette de Limoux?

Blanquette de Limoux is considered to be the first sparkling white wine produced in France long before the Champagne region established its reputation. Issued from 5 centuries of tradition, the typical taste of the Blanquette de Limoux is due to the grape variety of Mauzac. Hints of honey from acacia trees can also be found in this well-structured sparkling white wine.?

Racy, marked by its terroir by a typical taste of a plant community, its maturity expresses itself with notes of honey from acacia trees. Well- structured in mouth but staying unctuous. The finish is fresh and elegant with notes of mint.
Serving Suggestions: Enjoy at 43 - 47 °F as an appetizer or during a meal with grilled fish, or cheese and for dessert with an apple pie.

O Sauvignon Blanc

Sporting a light yellow color with hues of green, this wine is powerful on the nose and marked by notes of boxwood and citrus.

Pairing suggestions: Enjoy at 54°F with shellfish, king prawns, grilled fish or fresh cheese.

O Pinot Noir

Wine facts: An intense red color with deep crimson tints. Rich and long-lasting red-fruit aromas (cassis and wild strawberries), along with notes of mild spices. Full and unctuous on the palate, as tannins and an elegant structure support the complex aromatics.

Pairing suggestions: Enjoy at 61°F with lamb, chicken or ripe cheese.
