Sivas-Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc $13.99

Our 2013 Sivas-Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc exudes a juicy, green apple and appealing herbaceous aroma complemented by bright citrus and melon flavors, a hint of minerality and refreshing acidity. Additional subtle flavors of Meyer lemon, guava and grapefruit meld seamlessly on the palate and contribute to a multilayered mouthfeel that is, at once rich and creamy, yet crisp and bright. The long, refreshing and crisp finish lingers on the palate.

The versatility of our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc allows for pairing with a wide variety of dishes. Enjoy this elegant wine with fresh sole in a lemon caper sauce or grilled shrimp and avocado salad. For more substantial fare, pair with rosemary roasted chicken and potatoes.

Simple Life Chardonnay $14.99

Our 2013 Simple Life Chardonnay has an appealing, oaky aroma with buttery layers of creamy peach pie and apricot. A delightful balance of fruit-forward flavors and creaminess, this medium bodied wine is a refreshing blend with a long, velvety finish.

The structure of this wine makes it an ideal pairing with rich, flavorful meals or spicy dishes. Try pairing with Pad Thai, crab cakes or chicken alfredo.

Simple Life Pinot Noir $14.99

Our 2012 Simple Life Pinot Noir has wonderful aromas of vanilla, dried fig, black cherry and earthy undertones. The palate offers flavors of wild strawberry, dried cranberry and vanilla oak. Adding another delicious layer, toasted marshmallow is savored with ripe raspberry on the finish. This wine is medium-bodied with well-balanced acidity and a long and expressive finish.

Balanced structure makes this Pinot Noir pair easily with a variety of foods, including garlic and herb roasted pork tenderloin, oven baked salmon or angel hair pasta with pesto.

Sivas-Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon $20.99

Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold wine showcasing aromas of blackberry cobbler, mission fig, sorghum molasses and a touch of cigar box. It unfolds with ripe flavors of blackberry, black plum and black cherry coupled with cocoa and dusty cedar notes. Extended aging in both French and American oak lends subtle hints of vanilla and cardamom. Ripe, velvety tannins are smooth across the mid-palate leading to a pleasant, lingering finish. This substantial Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with grilled loin chops or a savory lamb stew.

Sivas-Sonoma Old Vine Zinfandel $15.99

Our Sivas-Sonoma 2011 Old Vine Zinfandel is densely packed and vibrant with a captivating peppery lift to the intense dark fruit flavors. It has a lush, sweet bouquet of brambly blackberry and fig compote, coupled with earthy notes of warm cinnamon and white pepper. Richly tannic and soft with deep, sweet flavors of currants, nutmeg and black tea. The American oak is finely integrated with its ripe fruit character, providing both structure and an elegant balance to this big Zinfandel. Try pairing this wine with barbecue tri-tip, a charcuterie plate or fresh carne asada tacos.
