2012 Educated Guess Chardonnay $18.99
This is not your typical Napa Chardonnay. By combining the characteristics that both traditional barrel fermentation and stainless steel ferment provide, we were able to retain the delicious tropical fruit flavors, while also giving the customer what they have come to love in Chardonnay—creamy notes, toast, spice and vanilla without being overdone in any way. No “stick of butter and a 2 x 4” Chardonnay here! Very food friendly and crowd pleasing!

 

 

2012 Cherry Tart Pinot Noir $21.99
Cherry Tart Pinot Noir exhibits notes reminiscent of cherry pie, plums, cranberries and a hint of wild strawberries. This beautifully rich, pure Pinot Noir offers abundant aromas of cloves, sweet apple skins and Rainier cherries. Full bodied, a rich texture with fresh flavors of Bing cherry and red plum lead to a long finish. Vanilla oak and lively acidity round it out and leave you wanting more.

The latest wine from Roots Run Deep Winery, Educated Guess Napa Valley Merlot comes from top
vineyards in Yountville and Oak Knoll. A significant portion of this wine was barrel fermented which adds great texture, complexity, and weight to the wine. Flavors of dark plum, wild berries, cassis and chocolate are well integrated with French oak. If you enjoy our Cabernet Sauvignon, you are going to love our Merlot
 

 

2012 B-Side Cabernet Sauvignon $22..99
Our beautifully crafted 2012 B Side Cabernet Sauvignon is pure, rich and deep, featuring
aromas of blackberry, sweet tobacco leaf and notes of warm caramel. This wine is marked by a
distinctively complex and subtle mix of black currant, toasted almond and anise, with a supple
core of cherry and dark chocolate flavors. Full-bodied and mouth filling, the wine shows
tremendous dimension with a seamless finish that lingers throughout the palate.
