Albert Bichot Morgon $17.99

Tasting notes
Our Morgon Côte de Py has a lively garnet-red robe with deep purple reflections. The nose exhales the characteristic Gamay aromas of cherry and kirsch (cherry liqueur) in addition to fine floral notes which are balanced by beautiful minerality. With ageing, the mouth's ripe fruit notes will evolve towards notes of crystallised fruit, leather and woodland undergrowth. Ample and fleshy, our Morgon offers a well-structured wine with a long and fruity finish.
Serving suggestions
This very fruity Morgon « côte de Py » brings a harmonious and subtle match for grilled meats and pork cold cuts. With its complex aromatic structure, it will marvellously pair with a braised andouillette (traditional Beaujolais sausage) served with lentils or with wild duck served with browned onions. At the end of a meal, savour this wine with fine and fruity cheeses like Beaufort or Comté.

Domaine de Fontsainte Corbieres Rouge $15.99

A sustained and very brilliant ruby colour with beautiful violet tints.
Nose
Immediate and generous with, at first, notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and black fruits, such as blueberries. Next, the richness develops with notes of cacao powder and a delicate touch of liquorice.
Palate
Round and concentrated attack with a balanced structure in the mouth, the tannins are delicate and the acidity luscious. Everything showcases the fruit, which follows up with a long finish.

Andrew Will Cabernet Franc $34.99

"Fresh, vital and vibrant, offering an exuberant mouthful of blackberry, black cherry, chai tea and floral flavors that come together seamlessly against refined tannins and linger well. Drink now through 2016". 757 cases made.—H.S.

Cimicky Trumps Shiraz $22.99

It was once the tradition of a small group of Barossa pioneers to retreat to the cool stone depths of an old vineyard cottage. Here they would while away many hours playing cards and drinking wine away from the critical eyes of puritanical souls. The cottage still stands among the vines that produce this wine, a flavorful, aromatic drink that always ‘comes up trumps."
Consistently rated in the 90's!
