Albert Bichot Macon-Villages 2013
This Mâcon Villages has a lovely pale straw yellow robe. The nose exhales beautiful acacia and honeysuckle floral notes on a slightly mineral background. The mouth is lively, fruity and floral with a refreshing finale.
Serving suggestions
With a meal, this white Mâcon Village will beautifully match shellfish, seafood and white meats. Savour it with scallops with hazelnut, creamed chicken or with stuffed peppers. As for cheese, we suggest dry cheese such as gruyere or goudas. Equally good with fruit or chocolate-based desserts.

Serve at 12°C.

Secret de Familie Bourgogne Blanc 2012
Our Bourgogne Chardonnay Secret de Famille the discreet use of oak during the « elevage » reveals a fresh nose of white fruits and floral aromas. Naturally balanced, the wine shows creamy texture and a lingering finish.
Serving suggestions
Veal cooked in a creamy sauce would be perfect pairing as well as a grilled sole.
Serving and keeping
Serve at 12°C (53°F). Ideally should be drunk with the full fruitness of its youth.
Secret de Familie Bourgogne Rouge 2012
Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir « Secret de Famille » has a lovely deep ruby red robe. This charming wine reveals fruit-dominating aromas of blackcurrant and wild red fruit. Velvety and silky in the mouth, this wine has a soft and well-balanced structure which leads on to a delicate red fruit-flavoured finish.
Serving suggestions
Roasted or grilled meats, poultry, vegetables and mild cheese such as farmhouse Brie or Tomme de Savoie. It will go perfectly well with a sauté of lamb with spices, mushroom-filled tomatoes, or with a courgette gratin.

Serve at 15°C - 16°C (59°F - 60°F).
Keep 1 to 3 years or even more.
Pouilly-Fuisse 2013
This wine features beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights. A lively, aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit and spices is underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.
Serving suggestions
This wine is a good match for all kinds of fish, especially freshwater fish, seafood, and white meats in sauce. Try it with a filet of trout with almonds, salmon cooked en papillote or blanquette of veal. Finish the meal with an assortment of goat's cheeses.

Volnay Red 2009
This Volnay boasts gorgeous ruby red colour. Its elegant, ethereal nose features fruity aromas that will develop over the years into aromas of mild spice with just a touch of cinnamon. Soft and elegant on the palate, almost feminine, this wine is endowed with lovely structure, good volume and an intensely long, fruity finish.
Food/Wine Pairing
This wine may be matched with roasts, well-seasoned red meat dishes, feathered game, or creamy cheeses such as Brie, Chaource or Reblochon. This Volnay is perfect with mushroom or seafood vol-au-vents, veal chops with shallots or partridge with morel mushrooms.

Serve between 16° and 17°C.
