We are pleased to announce the first of the 2015 monthly series of L’Auberge Chez François’ Garden to Table Extravaganza. The on-site gardens create a special opportunity for Chef Jacques and his team to create menus featuring fresh ingredients while enjoying all the added healthful benefits.

For the Evening’s Extravaganza

SIP a glass of Mittelbach Rose or L’Auberge Chez François’ Garden Mint Julip while touring the 2 gardens with your host Chef Jacques.

NIBBLE on our Classic Canapés – Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Fresh Dill on Toasted Brioche; Housemade Pates-Country & Duck Liver on Toasted Brioche topped with Cornichons; Goose Rillettes on Toasted Croutons with Cornichons; Parmesan Puff Pastry Straws; Fresh Belgian Endive with Nicoise Vegetables; Crab Canapes.

FEAST on Chef Jacques’ specially prepared 5-course Artisan Garden to Table menu, paired with 4 fine wines selected by our friend and former sommelier, Klaus Wittauer.

SAVOR dining under the stars on our beautiful garden terrace (weather permitting).
