The Wines!!

Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc/ Viognier $15.99

Chenin Blanc has long been the core of this blend and is sourced from the Clarksburg appellation nestled in the Sacramento River Delta. The grapes were harvested at low sugar levels to ensure a bright fruit character and low alcohol in the finished wine. In contrast, the Viognier from Lodi was picked at 24 degrees Brix to capture the floral and spicy nature as well as the viscosity of this grape. After crushing and blending the press wine with free run juice to increase palate weight, the juice was inoculated with two special yeast strains selected to maintain the fruity characters and then fermented cold. The wine was bottled without any oak influence to retain the vibrant and refreshing profile.

TASTING NOTES

Brilliant and refreshing, this bottling of our remarkable blend bursts with an array of delightful aromas, opening with fresh lemon, juicy honeydew melon, pomelo and sweet mango, complemented by soft orange blossom and carnation floral notes. The palate is crisp and mouth-watering, leading with luscious papaya, yellow pear and ruby grapefruit flavors that are balanced by hints of sweet tangerine and white tea. The juicy fruit flavors linger through the clean and lively finish.

Annabella Chardonnay, Napa $15.99

This 2013 Annabella Napa Valley Chardonnay entices from the start with aromas of Asian pear, vanilla cream soda, and subtle jasmine blossom. The luscious mouth is round and weighty, bright with lemon curd and vanilla bean, and the creme brulee finish stretches on and on.

Enjoy this indulgent wine with petrale sole sauteed with butter and lemon, served with mashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Elouan Pinot Noir, Willamette $28.99

Elouan Pinot Noir emulates the successful sourcing philosophy introduced with Meiomi: blending the top Pinot Noir regions together for a richer, more complex style than what you could achieve by sourcing from one small area. In this instance, the grapes are grown in the great Oregon Valleys of Willamette, Umpqua and Rogue. The diversity of these cool climate areas elongates the growing season, developing intense structure, while maintaining a vibrant acidity to differentiate it from any California Pinot Noir.

Belle Glos "Meiomi" Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast $24.99

Deep, rich garnet color. The wine opens up with aromas of ripe berries, fresh cranberry, candy apple and malted vanilla, some of which carries through to the palate. There’s a hint of Granny Smith apple on first sip that beautifully balances out the rich cream soda and cherry cola notes. It is an extremely layered wine, both in structure and flavor, with a slight earthiness and sweet oak on the finish. The wine almost contradicts itself, managing to display freshness and maturity all at the same time, which is achieved through careful blending.Every weekend we have free tastings that give you a chance to explore the wide word of wines

Annabella Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa $15.99

This classic Napa Valley Cab shows once again why this varietal has become synonymous with Napa Valley. The nose shows layer after layer of cassis, saddle leather, and dried leaves. The wine's massive structure is complimented by flavors of pipe smoke, black cherry, and a lengthy finish of sweet vanilla oak.

Drink this Cab with mesquite-grilled hangar steak and BBQ'd corn on the cob.
