The Wines!!

Cave Springs Riesling, Niagara, NY $18.99

Respected as one of the foremost producers of Riesling in North America, Cave Spring offers an array of wines from this noble varietal from dry to the most concentrated of Late Harvest and Ice Wines. The winery has also forged a strong reputation for its portfolio of exceptional, cool-climate Chardonnays and nuanced red wines, which include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay. To capture the diversity and distinction of Niagara’s varied growing areas, Cave Spring offers four tiers of wine: regionally inspired Niagara Peninsula selections, family-grown Niagara Escarpment bottlings, premium Estate Bottled wines, and a prestigious CSV label made in small allotments using the finest fruit from Cave Spring Vineyard’s oldest vines.
On the nose, scents of white flowers, wet stone, and cantaloupe emerge over top hints of black licorice and fresh herbs. The palate is medium dry with concentrated pink grapefruit and mandarin orange on the attack, giving way to yellow cherry fruit on the mid-palate. The finish is very persistent, with notes of crushed stone, spice and citrus zest. The long, cool ripening of this vintage has delivered remarkable flavour complexity and a seamless integration of body and acidity on the palate.

Hoopla Chardonnay $24.99

Hoopla represents fun-times-two. We have two beloved rescue dogs at the winery, Sophie and Maya, who love to dig up our flower garden. Hoopla Chardonnay is irresistible and energetic, just like Sophie and Maya. And our Chardonnay is also a “rescue” of sorts, as it comes from the grapes that are not used in our premium wines, and yet it’s a really great Chardonnay that we can offer at a really great price. In fact, digging up the garden is exactly what we’re talking about. This crisp un-oaked Chardonnay will make you want to get into some mischief, too.

Palais Prive'Rose' , Luberon $18.99

a classic Provençal rosé.  Brilliant yet pale in color.  Dry with notes of red fruits and exotic nuance.  Balanced with a fresh, long finish. Highly acclaimed and awarded - Even more rewarding for you!

Yorkville Cellars "Hi-Rollr" Red Blend, Mendocino County $16.99

This vintage contains certified organic old vine Zinfandel from the Ukiah Valley plus Malbec from our Rennie Organic Vineyard. An easy drinkin’ wine that’s as comfortable with a mid-week pizza as an elegant Sunday roast. On the palate it is a lively wine with rich flavors of cherries, boysenberries and warm spices, all backed with bright acidity and a satisfying finish. This comes together to create a real crowd pleaser. Fortunately, you don’t need to be a High Roller to drink this wine often…

Hoopla "the Mutt" Red Blend, California $27.99

“The Mutt,” Hoopla’s red wine, will offer different varietals from year to year, based on the best fruit grown. It’s a fruit forward, succulent wine that pleases the palate. This red’s soft texture and mellow acidity along with bright fruit is a perfect companion to any meal, or to serve for a relaxed gathering of friends.
