The Wines!!

Touraine Domaine de L'Hemoniere $12.99

Golden yellow colored wine; the nose is clear, intense and complex. Main aromas: citrus fruits (orange, tangerine), exotic fruits (passion fruit, ripe pineapple). Few floral notes (lily of the valley) and pinesap. Wonderfully rich, with good length and freshness.

Domaine Fussiacus Sant-Veran $20.99

A wine with golden-green color, round and fruity on the palate with floral aromas of acacia flower, anise and licorice. An elegant wine that will accompany fish in sauce or grilled poultry, also sausages and cheeses.

FOR THE 2013 VINTAGE
This wine has crisp acidity and a simple message of fresh fruitiness. An attractive lemon character permeates the wine with an perfumed aftertaste. Drink now.

Rene Bouvier Bourgiogne Rouge $29.99

Pas de L'Escalette Red $20.99

This Languedoc red is composed of Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Syrah, all completely destemmed and fermented in 50 hectaliter tonneau. Importer Joli Vin says: "right red-ruby, vibrant, palate staining color. Lively aromas and flavors of black cherry, licorice, pepper and a decidedly floral/lavender dimension. Sappy, silky and concentrated. Sweet fruit and velvety texture with tons of electricity and energy. Vin de copain par excellence!"

Domaine La Rocalier Lirac $21.99

Severine Lemoine runs her family estate with courage and dedication.  The 125 total acres of exceptional vineyards are found in several different appelations.  There are 55 acres in Lirac, 57 in Tavel and 12 acres in Vin de Pays des Coteaux de Ceze. She grows Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Clairette, Carignan, Clairette Blanc and Grenache Blanc.  After many years of sustainable practices, the estate officially began its conversion to organic agriculture in 2010.  With the care, elegance and style that Severine brings to the creation of her wines it is no wonder that the estate is so highly regarded in industry publications.
