The Wines!!

Domaine De L'Hemoniere Touraine, Sauvignon Blanc $12.99

Golden yellow colored wine; the nose is clear, intense and complex. Main aromas: citrus fruits (orange, tangerine), exotic fruits (passion fruit, ripe pineapple). There are a few floral notes (lily of the valley) and a whiff of pine trees. Wonderfully rich, with good length and freshness.

Domaine Jean-Marc Paquet  "DOMAINE LES VIEUX MURS" Pouilly Fuisse $26.99

A wine with a fine nose, subtle and open. Aromas of ripe fruits and flowers. The mouth is concentrated, round and well balanced. A very pleasant wine. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, it will pair perfectly with seafood, sweetbreads and white meat in cream sauce.
"This wine is fresh and fruity, with delicious, crisp acidity and a lively acidity lifted by toast. It is bright with acidity and just the right weight to sustain the lively aftertaste." Wine Enthusiast

Rene Bouvier "Le Chapitre" Bourgogne Rouge $29.99

Light and fruity. Incredibly focused, with a mix of brilliant red berried fruits and a bright finish.

Domaine La Rocalier Lirac $21.99

This Lirac rouge suits perfectly with modern cooking (Roasted chicken, Carpaccio, etc). Best to serve between 15° to 17°. For drinking within five years.

Cedre' Heritage Malbec, Cahors $14.99

Nice dark robe, intense and complex bouquet with fruity and spicy aromas; rich with a well-balanced mellowness in mouth and very fine tannins; a sophisticated wine.
