The Wines!!

Habit Sauvignon Blanc 2014
Happy Canyon, CA. " The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc McGinley Vineyard is bright and focused to the core. Lemon zest, grapefruit and lime jump from the glass in a zesty, refreshing Sauvignon to drink over the next year or two". -- Antonio Galloni?

Jones of Washington Estate Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Wahluke Slope, WA.  Ripening rarely is a challenge on the Wahluke Slope, yet Jones of Washington winemaker Victor Palencia shows restaint with this food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon. It comes with a fruit-forward nose of black currant, dusty plums, thyme and sweet pipe tobacco. There’s a nice entry to the palate with cassis and cherry that leads to bright tannins, capped by a juicy mouth-filling finish of black tea and boysenberry.

Eisold Smith Chardonnay 2013
Willamette Valley, OR.  Barrel-fermented for 10 months in neutral French oak, sur lie. Nudged through 100% malolactic conversion with bi-weekly batonnage. The resulting offering is one of classic style: a nose of citrus flower graced with tones of clove & anise; bright yet unctuous layers of stone fruit & Bosc pear carried out with generous, honeyed texture. And, like many great Chardonnays, this one will have a story to tell for years to come.

Ampelos SRH Pinot
Sta. Rita Hills, CA.  Certified sustainable, organic & biodynamic the unfined & unfiltered Pinot Noir was sourced from two small vineyards.  Aged 10 months in 25% new french oak; dark cherry, rich cola and butterscotch.  A killer wine for every occasion.

SloDown Wines Sexual Chocolate 2013
California.   The wine's name was “borrowed” from Eddie Murphy's band in the movie "Coming to America." The label was featured in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art's “How Wine Became Modern" exhibit. The Syrah, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah was aged from 8-12 months in mix of new and neutral American and French oak.  Bursting with intense red fruit on the nose. Massive entry with blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate and spice with a long, smooth finish. Concentrated and complex with flavors that will continue to be teased out.
