The Wines!!

Stuhmiller Chardonnay $26.99

Planted more than any other varietal on our property, Chardonnay is the grape that is most often associated with the Stuhlmuller Vineyards name.
This medium-bodied wine offers an alluring orchard-fruit nose of ripe peach, and pear, as well as notes of lemon candy, honeysuckle and wet stone minerality. The lovely fruit continues on the palate, where it is accentuated by harmonious acidity, subtle oak and hints of lemon cream and sweet thyme.

Elk Cove Pinot Gris $22.99

Fresh apricot, comice pear and ginger generously introduce a full palate of luscious white peach, honeydew melon and muted ginger.  Expressive and weighty in texture. The finish is heightened with crisp acidity and a slight grip while a delicate floral note adds complexity.

Elk Cove Pinot Noir $32.99

Cherry garnet in color with an earthy aroma of black currants, fresh tomato and dried rose petal. A woodsy fireside note accents a juicy, full mouthful of sour cherry and plum with underlying layers of cinnamon stick and coffee bean. The silky finish persists with long, dusty tannins.

Owen Roe "Ex Umbris" Syrah $34.99

Now our most-loved Syrah, this wine was introduced as a one-time bottling in 2002 after a wild fire struck the vineyard’s surrounding hillsides. The residual ash and smoke resonated in the Syrah grapes, creating a very memorable wine. Year after year, we are asked to develop a Syrah to keep the story of this wine alive! Now, 10 vintages later, we hope you will enjoy this bold Syrah comprised from several exceptional vineyards in the Columbia and Yakima Valleys.

Staff Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh red plums, menthol, sarsaparilla and leather lead to a silky palate brimming with ripe plums, blackberry cola and clove. Soft tannins linger on the finish.

Force of Nature Cabernet Sauvignon $24.99

Produced by the inspired team behind Proof Wine Collective, Force of Nature Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe, rich, and flashy, with layers of toasty new oak, this offers quite a bang for the buck for fans of the style. Small portions of Zinfandel and Tempranillo add spice and nuance to the foundation of ripe Paso Cabernet cassis, berry, and fig flavors. It's rich and jammy, with caramel and baking spices galore.
