Cave Spring Estate Riesling 2013

Aromatic, with scents of mint, anise, lemon drop. The palate is medium bodied and dry in style, with honeydew melon on the attack followed on the mid-palate by intense pink grapefruit flavours, a firm, stony texture and refreshing notes of fresh herbs. A beautifully integrated seam of acidity carries very persistent flavors of lemon-meringue, spice and citrus rind long onto the finish.

 Palais Privé Rosé 2015

Syrah, Grenache and a smidge of Roussanne that lends beautiful floral perfume to this delicately pale orange-pink rosé from Luberon France. Persistent strawberry, fresh zingy finish.

Aberrant Cellars Pinot Noir Confero Willamette Valley

Bright red.  An exotically perfumed bouquet evokes wild red berries, incense and fresh rose, with subtle smoke and mineral nuances building in the glass.  Juicy and precise, offering tangy red currant and raspberry flavors that become sweeter with air.  Smooth, seamless and refreshingly bitter on the finish, leaving behind notes of candied plum and cherry pit.

IL Cuore Zinfandel 2012

Mild aroma suggesting dark cherries with a woodsy and peppery note, the wine is medium-bodied, supple on the palate, with pleasing flavors of ripe berries, plums and black pepper.

Seabiscuit Superfecta 2011

A mouth-filling blend based primarily on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with nuances gained from the addition of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
