The Wines!!

Sea Salt Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc NV

Refreshing and crisp, with a soft effervescence; pale yellow with green notes; the nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of citrus, pineapple and white peaches with touches of herbaceous and wild currant; fresh and juicy, with a pleasant acidity

Michel Thomas Sancerre Rose 2015

Light, bright pink. Redcurrant, strawberry and chalk on the nose, with a touch of singed orange gaining strength with air. Dusty red fruit and citrus flavors are braced by tangy minerality, which adds lift and cut. Uncompromising in the best way, finishing with excellent clarity and echoes of lemon and orange zest.

Freja Pinot Noir 2012

Well-balanced with lots of fruit, tending toward blueberry, cherry and black currant and a hint of white pepper. Aged 11 months in a combination of Oregon, Hungarian and French oak (25% new). An exceptional value in a fabulous year for Oregon.

Monster Red Blend, Columbia Valley, Washington, 2013

Dark and dense with captivating aromas of black currant, roasted coffee, cedar, and smoke with faint hints of fresh herbs and mint. Once sipped, you'll taste a wine that's powerful, but impressively well poised. Serve with slow cooked pulled pork. grilled Portobello mushrooms, or some cave-aged Gruyere cheese.
