The Wines!!

Domaine de Martinolles Cremant de Limoux $19.99

The Cremant is produced only in the best vintages. The yields in the vineyard are limited to 40 hectoliters per hectare and harvesting is done by hand. The Cremant is produced from blending three grape varieties. The Chardonnay grape, accounts for 70% of the blend with 20% of Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir finishing it. The Cremant is produced using the Methode Traditionnelle (Champenoise) and it is aged at least 15 months on the lees before being disgorged.

Domaine Felines Sauvignon $10.99

This Sauvignon, light and fresh in mouth, develops a persistent final. First, the nose is very aromatic, with an intense aroma of heather. Then it develops floral notes, as well as flavours of box tree and exotic fruits such as litchis. Citrus fruits hints can also be found, such as grapefruit and green lemon. Its robe is yellow, clear and gold coloured, with shades of green.

Saint Eulalie Minervois Rose' $14.99

Fruity on the nose and mouth (strawberry) and liquorice, very gently and finesse.

Mas des Capitelles, Gaugeres $18.99

Color is deep and intense.
Aromas of red berries (Cherry, Black Currant)
The wine is well structured with good ripe tannins.
Flavor of leather, humus with a peppery and spicy long finish.

Chateau Massiac Minervois Rouge $18.99

Bernard and France Boudovresques' farm, Chateau Massiac (which dates from 1667), sits at the extreme southern end of the Massif Central, in the heart of Minervois; their land is full of green trees, thyme, rosemary, and lavender. Their wine is a 75/25 blend of Syrah and Carignan; structured and balanced, it has intense, concentrated notes of dark fruit and spice backed by rich earth and minerals. As the wine ages, the fruit flavors give way to light herbal notes.
