Fossil Point Chardonnay $17.99

designed to showcase the bright natural acidity and fresh fruit character of our estate vineyard, which is located in the western Edna Valley less than five miles from the Pacific Ocean. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, then cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and neutral French oak barrels to foster a fruit-forward profile. A very clean malolactic fermentation was conducted in all lots to moderate the naturally high acidity, and we performed battonage, (lees stirring,) several times monthly throughout the wine’s elevage in order to richen the wine’s palate and to protect it from oxidation."

Varal Tinto Red, Portugal $12.99

Alentejano – a region in southern Portugal, is famed for its hot, dry climate and renowned wines.  The Herdade is located in Marmelar, Vidigueira, a location whose winemaking culture dates back to Roman times. The homestead was purchased in 1987 by Dr. Victor Carmona e Costa who continues the winemaking tradition with an intense confidence in the richness of its soils. Winemaker Nuno Elias is supported by the renowned enologist Luis Duarte. Luis Duarte has won Winemaker of the Year from Revista de Vinhos, the sole winemaker in Portugal to win this distinction twice.

Ar Pepe Rosso Di Valentina $39.99

Made with only Nebbiolo grapes, thanks to its intriguing simplicity and easy drinkability, this is the perfect wine for every day, while standing up to even the most important occasions. Transparent garnet red, it surprises us with its gentle floral notes, which lead to a fresh, fruity and harmonious taste. Delightful and joyous, it's easy to match with food but is perfect with all traditional cuisine from Valtellina. To be served in large glasses at 12-14°C.
