The Wines!!

Von Buhl Armand Riesling, Kabinett $19.99

"The Armand Kabinett this year is actually a 100% single vineyard selection form the excellent Forster Pechstein site and offers stony tinted peach fruit in the nose. On the palate the wine is crystalline, with white peach, raspberry and canned mandarin orange flavors. This selection is extremely juicy and racy for a Kabinett."

Mas Des Bressanes Rousanne/Viognier $22.99

Vanilla and flowers on the nose. Ripe apricot and peach flavors come together with toasted almond on the finish. A lot of concentration and exuberance.

Nicole Chanrion Brouilly $24.99

Chanrion’s gorgeous cuvée is from a blend of five large old foudres housed in her earthen cellar…It shows a brilliant dark garnet hue and sports and aroma of fresh strawberries with a touch of cinnamon. On the palate it is rich, spicy, perfumed, and fine, loaded with red and black berry fruit, and it doesn’t disappoint on the long elegant finish.”
– Dixon Brooke, KLWM

Becker Estate Pinot Noir $24.99

91 points Wine Enthusiast

Hints of smoke, cinnamon and vanilla lend added depth to this deeply brambly, berried Pinot Noir. It’s rich and round on the palate, yet balanced foursquare by a strike of cranberry acidity and soft, feathery tannins. The finish is long and persistent. — A.I

Domaine de Fontsante Corbières Rouge $15.99

A sustained and very brilliant ruby colour with beautiful violet tints. Immediate and generous with, at first, notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and black fruits, such as blueberries. Next, the richness develops with notes of cacao powder and a delicate touch of liquorice. Round and concentrated attack with a balanced structure in the mouth, the tannins are delicate and the acidity luscious. Everything showcases the fruit, which follows up with a long finish.
