The Wines!!

Adami Prosecco Brut NV $18.99
At Colbertaldo, you can still walk through a small wood which was first mentioned in historical records around 600 years ago, when it was known as the Bosco di Gica. This Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Adami elegantly expresses the balance between a dry palate and graceful nose (10 g/l). The grapes most suitable for the Brut are selected from vineyards in the three municipalities bordering the winery.
Best with Spaghetti cacio e pepe

Di Lenardo Friulano $12.99
Hand harvested.
The whole berries are pressed gently in a pneumatic press. After a first racking, the must is transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation still vats. The wine stayed on the lees for his all life before bottling.
It is absolutely our most famous white wine.
Clarification of the musts made with a new “state of the art” flowtation bio-system. Bottled under vacuum.
Pale straw with greenish tints and a characteristic note of bitter almonds on the nose. Delicate and refined, soft and round (with slightly lower acidity than the other whites in the range).
A fine match for starters, soups, pasta, rice and fish, especially shellfish.

Vietti Barbera D'Asti Tre Vigne $21.99
Ruby purple color with ripe red cherry aromas with hints of mineral and vanilla. A dry, medium bodied red wine with refreshing acidity (making it perfect to pair with food) and soft tannins, the Barbera d’Asti Tre Vigne is well balanced with good integration of oak, good complexity and a finish of more red cherries.
Food Pairings: Antipasti, rich salads, grilled seasoned vegetables, hearty soups, pastas or with breaded veal, pork, chicken with light sauces.

D & N Primitivo $11.99
Perhaps the father of Zinfandel. primitive has many of the same characteristics - rich berry flavors with a brambly background that has good length and very strong fruit components.

Chianti Riserva, Castello di Poppiano $21.99
The most representative wine of the Castello di Poppiano tradition,a selection of “Chianti Colli Fiorentini”
of the best vintages, Riserva is matured in oak casks in the cellar of the Castle.
Sangiovese 85% Merlot and Cabernet 15%.
Dark ruby with slightly garnet hues, complex aromatic impact, full bodied with noticeable tannins, intense but subtle texture, well harmonized with a well tempered alcohol. Pleasant, full balanced finish.
