The Wines!!
Cote Mas Rose Cremant, St. Hilaire, N.V. $18.99
A lovely pink with delicate and persistent bubbles. Refined scents of honeysuckle, peach and apricot
A soft mouthfeel of grapefruit and a hint of blood orange.
Arrowood Chardonnay, Sonoma, 2013 $19.99
Aromatics of spiced oak, red apple, citrus and citrus blossom; palate is lush and layered with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus, apple and a touch of kiwi; long balanced finish.
Lincourt Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills, 2013 $21.99
On the forefront, the wine has aromas of soft black pepper, dried strawberries, and rose petals. It's a delicate wine that is true to vintage character with flavors of dried cranberry, white pepper, hibiscus tea, and a candied cherry finish. Its tannin structure and bright acidity make it an ideal wine to pair with a variety of foods.
Kuleto Native Son, Napa, 2013 $29.99
Soaring perfume and terrific flavor density without being over-extracted. Each variety presents itself subtly in this seamless blend. The Zinfandel provides the dominant red fruit character, soft tannins, and sweet finish. We chose a spicy lot of Cabernet Sauvignon to add to the bit of pepper to the Zin and to provide some structure. The Sangiovese contributes a juicy front and mid-palate, the Syrah a bit of dark fleshiness, and the Petite Sirah and Alicante a dash of rustic old world or old California spice
Arrowood Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma, 2012 $34.99
Our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is intense with aromas of dark cherry and red plum. Notes of violet and blueberry jam come through on the mid-palate along with nuanced spice and licorice. The concentrated mouthfeel and soft tannins are a testament to this great vintage, coating the palate with a lingering red fruit finish.
