The Wines!!

La Cana Albarino, Rias Baixas $18.99
"La Cana Albarino Rias Baixas 91pts (half aged in stainless steel and half in large French oak): Light, bright yellow. Highpitched aromas of lime zest, lemongrass and jasmine, with a chalky top note. Dry and tightly wound, offering energetic citrus and orchard fruit flavors that expand and deepen with air. Shows excellent energy on the finish, leaving behind lime and pear skin notes. Very grown-up in style, with no excess fat; it's an amazing value to boot".

Borsao Blanco, Macabeo $9.99
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 14º-18º C. Stays in French oak bordelaise barrels for 3 months.Straw yellow. Has strong citric and tropical fruit aromas. In the mouth it’s creamy and fresh, in perfect harmony with the acidity.

Borsao Garnacha, Monte Oton $9.99
Temperature controlled fermentation at between 22º C and 25º C in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the aromas of the Garnacha. Done after a 15 days maceration period. The vineyards for Monte Oton are situated high on the windswept slopes of the extinct volcano, Moncayo. The sun drench, arid location is ideal for harvesting, perfectly matured, fully ripened Garnacha grapes. The resulting wine is full bodied, elegantly textured and exhibits a long complex finish.

Juan Gil Red Wine, Jumilla $17.99
Deep purple/black color. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. Fine, ripe tannins, at once supple and structurally present.“ . Pairs well  with meat, rices, stewed meat, stewed vegetable, mushroom, poultry, sauced fish, smoked seafood, blue and cured cheese, red meat, roasts.

Convento de Las Claras "HERITAGE", Ribero del Duoro $29.99

Pale color with violet border of very high layer and tear pigmented. A nose of very good intensity with very clear aromas of licorice, very typical of the Tinto Fino variety in La Ribera del Duero. Milk notes, fruit in brandy, toasted, vanilla, nuts ... and above all a lot of fruit, with a slight mineral touch. In the mouth it has a potent entrance, with a balanced acidity, present tannin of good works, that will give the wine of a better texture with the passage of the time. Long walk with a fine finish of fruit and species.
