Pale salmon-pink, the nose is aromatic and powerful with peach and spicy notes.  Amazing fullness and freshness on the palate definitely a complex and well-structured wine.  Pleasant flavors of ripe red berries, spice and floral notes. Dry, rich on the palate with a nice harmonious and supple finish. History - There is a legend saying that the stones used to build the base of the Statue of Liberty in New York were coming from clearing a path in the Provence region.  To honor this legend, a unique version of this famous monument was built in the village of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer in 1913. Just a few mile down the road from the winery.
