Make a batch of corn bread and enjoy - great to enjoy on a snowy eveing!

Ingredients: to serve six guests
• 2 T. butter
• 2T. olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 4 cups cooked chicken or turkey cut into 1/2″ cubes
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro or Italian parsley
• 1 T. dried basil leaves
• 2 t. chili powder
• 1/4 t. ground cloves
• 2 cans great northern beans - drained and rinsed

Preparation:
• Melt the butter and olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in margarine, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
