Alain de la Treille Symphonie Cremant de Loire Brut is made from 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Orbois (also known as Arbois or Menu Pineau).

The wines of Alain de la Treille reflect their vineyard of origin and are produced following the estate's unique guidelines: a strict selection of terroirs and vines, elaboration according to the traditional method and long maturation “sur lattes” in order to obtain the purest and most elegant expression of the Loire terroirs.

Strawberry and citrus pith with an herbal flourish on the nose and in the mouth. Takes a jammy turn with air and finishes smooth and subtly warm, with the red fruit note lingering. Not the last word on complexity, but this is quite easy to drink.

 On the nose, intense aromas of flint, citrus, white peach, and yellow flowers. Rich and fresh on the palate, with citrus fruit and zest, going into a long finish. 

A beautiful golden color with green reflections, delicate toasty notes and attractive aromas of citrus and ripe summer fruits combine with floral and honey nuances that are typical of the old vines. Fresh, ample and full-bodied on the palate, the wine is perfect by itself as an aperitif and delicious during the meal. Excellent with poultry and veal. Can be also enjoyed with soft cheeses. 

This single-vineyard Chardonnay is produced in the village of Péronne, in the heart of the Maconnais region in Burgundy, from 40 year-old vines planted on the limestone based soils of the Mount Epin.

Winemakers Notes: 15% of the wine were aged in Oak barrels for 9 months, the other 85% were aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is fresh, with nice aromatic and great balance between acidity, fruit, oak and minerality. Wine went through Malo-Lactic fermentation, and was slightly filtered before bottling.

Rosé de Saignée (bleed technique) with a vibrant ruby color. Complex and elegant with notes of crushed strawberries, rose petals and a hint of spice. A medium bodied, classically beautiful Tavel. Pair with roasted and/or spicy turkey, sushi, seafood, grilled fish and Asian food.

60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre

In the glass, it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fresh, floral and fruity with melon, pineapple, fresh citrus fruits, and light hints of almond. Medium to light bodied with good structure and a persistent finish. 

This ruby red wine has a remarkable elegance and persistence. The prevailing aromas are of red fruits, which give the wine a fresh and inviting character. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a good body that is accompanied by a persistent and tannic taste.

Bright intense ruby red color, with a rich and sophisticated bouquet. Perfect balance between grape tannins and wood tannins that make it tasty, full bodied, with a persistent aftertaste.

Impenetrable ruby red. Hints of ripe blackberries, sour cherries, and mulberries. Taste of black cherry, cherry, berries. Baked cherries and autumnal spices make for a darkly inviting bouquet as the 2018 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva Bakan opens in the glass. This is velvety in texture, yet with juicy acids that balance, giving way to ultra-ripe red fruits and hints of clove. It leaves the palate stained in primary concentration and sweet tannins, yet also with a slight hint of alcoholic warmth.

100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of October, in an Abruzzi Pergola training system and from certified organic farming.

 This Central Coast, California, rosé, is a vibrant pink in the glass, aqnd is characterized by a beautiful and unusual blend of Tibouren, Grenache, and Cinsault, offering a dry, savory, and salty mineral profile with strawberry and peach notes. This wine features a creamy, fleshy texture. Its high acidity and fruit-forward nature make it able to stand up to spicy dishes like Jambalaya, as well as poultry, and it goes exceptionally well with plateau de fruits de mer (seafood platter) with aioli, or salmon, and Mediterranean Dishes, such as roasted red pepper hummus, grilled fish, or vegetable dishes. 

The 2022 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir displays a refined palate and seductive aromaemblematic of decades of careful vineyard selection. Fresh red cherry, just-ripe strawberry along with taut acidity harken to cool climate origins. Pine oil, toasted sugar and bramble lend a savory character, heightening complexity. The 2023 Post & Beam Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive aromas of red fruit, cassis, and blackberry jam, accented by hints of cedar and graphite. On the palate, the wine is youthful and vibrant, showing polished tannins and a core of dark fruit that brings both weight and freshness. Notes of brambly berry, mocha, and subtle spice carry through a long, mouth-coating finish, highlighting the vintage’s balance and structure. Ten months in French Oak, 30% new.
