Join us for a special FREE tasting with Juan Escudero of Familia Escudero, a fourth-generation family of grape growers and winemakers based in Grávalos in Rioja Baja, Spain.
For four generations, the Escudero family has cultivated vineyards in the rugged, semi-desert foothills of Rioja Baja. Today, the family combines traditional craftsmanship with modern winemaking techniques, producing both classic Rioja wines and distinctive signature bottlings under the VinSacro label.
Taste wines made from old vineyards—including some more than 100 years old—and discover the character of Rioja through wines such as Vinsacro Dioro, Vidau and Arvum, alongside the family’s classic Rioja expressions.
The Escudero family’s approach emphasizes minimal intervention, including the use of gravity to move the grapes and wine naturally through the winemaking process.
