Fruit and delicate herbal spices on the nose. On the palate a wonderful interplay of green apple, citrus and the typical white pepper. Long-lasting, with creaminess and depth - surrounded by a fine perlage. Good accompaniment to traditional Austrian cuisine, all baked goods, or Asian cuisine (not too spicy).

The 2019 Brut Grüner Veltliner Reserve comes with a mossy, savory and herbal nose of crushed yarrow and sage that is just so typical for Grüner. Frothy mousse on the light palate accentuates these notions even more and adds a smidgeon of white pepper. The 2018 is beautifully varietal and pervaded by freshness. Dosage is 2 grams per liter.
