Crisp and clean, with a classic bouquet of orchard fruits, toasted bread, and a touch of minerality, the NV Champagne Cuvée Brut was disgorged in March of this year. It's beautifully textured and has a solid mid-palate, good density, and a clean, crisp finish, all making for a high-quality Champagne to enjoy over the coming 5-7 years.

Balanced, full of white fruits and attractive acidity, this is a gently textured Champagne. It is rounded, the dosage giving softness. A wine that is a great apéritif style, it is ready to drink.

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, including 30% of reserve wines, Piper-Heidsieck's NV Brut Cuvée was disgorged with eight grams per liter. From the very first whiff, there are surprisingly compelling scents of red berries, pear and peach, biscuits and autolyze scents. The palate is balanced, light to medium-bodied and elegantly fleshy with a fresh finish. -Yohan Castaing

The NV Brut Cuvee is soft, plush and very easy to like. Brioche, baked apple tart, spice and vanillin are front and center. This is an especially easygoing NV Champagne. The dosage feels a bit on the high side, but the wine's balance is impeccable. I would prefer to drink it over the next few years. L190219.
