Enticing aromas of ripe plum, a bouquet of violets, and cocoa powder. On the palate, generous flavors of dark cherry and blackberry, earthy floral notes, and bright acidity give way to a lingering finish. Racked to oak for aging. Pairs well with smoked salmon rolls, Taleggio cheese, or lasagna.
