The 2021 Cuvée Persistence is based on 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot, and the balance Syrah and Petit Verdot. Its similar inky hue is followed by a slightly more restrained bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, chocolate, leafy herbs, and spice. These carry to a full-bodied red that's balanced, has velvety tannins, and outstanding length. Drink bottles through 2033.
