Intense ruby red color, with garnet hints. The bouquet is very intense and reminiscent of red fruits jam, blackcurrant and cherry marmalade. Ethereal notes of cacao, liquorice and vanilla. On the palate, it is warm, round and smooth, with fruity notes, soft tannins and a long finished. Perfect paired with a cold cuts appetizer, vegetable soup, and red meats and cheeses.
