Intense color between garnet and deep ruby. Red fruit nose with floral, smoky and forest notes. The mouth is rich and well structured. In a few years, the aromas will evolve towards more spice, musk and venison. Great with coq au vin (Chicken cooked in a red wine sauce) or charcuterie (garlic sausage, dry sausage).

Lovely nose of black cherries and 85% bitter chocolate. Surprisingly expansive and silky for a 2021 Beaujolais with an impressive base of fine tannins anchoring it. This needs some more time in bottle to give its best, which is unusual for the vintage, but it will reward your patience! Long moderately dry, crushed stone finish. Sustainable. Drinkable now, but best from 2025.
