The wine boasts a dark red ruby color, aromas of red berries, truffles and spices. Complex and rich flavors of red and black fruits with herbal notes coming from the surrounding vegetation (Garrigue). Vinification in Concrete tanks (no oak). Pair with lamb, duck, turkey, red meat, game and cheese.
