Winemaker Notes: Composed of a blend of 38% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeu, 26% Parellada, and 6% Monastrell — all grown Biodynamically in the Conca del Riu Anoia appellation in Catalunya. Aged 18 months sur-lie prior to disgorgement. Made with organic grapes.

 "The 2021 De Nit Extra Brut Rosé from Raventós I Blanc is composed from a blend this year of forty percent Xarel-lo, thirty-five percent Macabeu, twenty percent Parellada and five percent Malvasia de Sitges. It was aged for a year and a half sur latte and was disgorged in April of 2023. The wine is a very pale salmon color and offers up a bright and precise bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, salty minerality, lemongrass and citrus peel. On the palate the wine is vibrant, focused and full-bodied, with a lovely core and mineral undertow, frothy mousse and fine length and grip on the impeccably balanced finish. Fine juice.
