Quilt Fabric of the Land Red Blend 2024

Deep plum with scarlet red highlights meet the eye.  In the glass, fragrant aromas of cherry, dark plum, cocoa nibs and hints of blackberry pie.  The palate presents a full bodied blend with rich flavors of blackberry, ried cherry, tobacco and dark chocolate with subtle notes of clove.   This wine has a lingering fruit-forward finish with firm acidity and subtle tannins. Pair with grilled pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes, spaghetti bolognese, or skirt steak with chimichurri.
