A 100% varietal wine that is burly, brawny and powerful in style, this opens in a dusting of mocha, with big, chewy tannin. The oak presence adds notes of toast, clove and vanilla, with underlying acidity helping to brighten and balance the depth of concentration.

Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Block 3 has a deep garnet-purple color. After a few swirls, it comes barreling out of the glass with bold notes of wild blueberries, blackberry preserves and cassis, plus hints of chocolate mint and rose oil. Full-bodied, rich and plush, it coats the mouth with tons of juicy black fruit and delivers a long, fragrant finish.
