This hedonistic 2021 Formation is made from a blend of powerful mountain near Howell Mountain and a classic Napa valley-floor vineyard. Aged for 26 Months in 100% new French oak, the wine’s mouthfeel is rich and dense with ripe black fruits, cassis, baking spices, and lots of sweet, toasty oak. These robust flavors are followed by ripe, chewy tannins and a long, opulent, sultry finish. Just 235 cases produced. Made from 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Malbec.
