Certified Organic, The Vernaccia di San Gimignano Hydra (made with organic fruit), is light and luminous in appearance with simple aromas of acacia and green apple, a decisive freshness and the mineral qualities that are characteristic of the Vernaccia grape varietal. It is a very persistent, balanced white wine with notes of almond on the finish. It is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to fresh cheeses, finger foods and crudités including seafood, especially crustaceans.
