Walnut Block Sauvignon Blanc 2025

A vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with lovely melded aromatic notes of tropical fruits. The smooth, textured palate is concentrated with passion fruit and citrus flavors. Well integrated natural acidity leaves a pure and lengthy finish.

Walnut Block is named for the the region’s oldest walnut tree growing amongst the vines. Instead of the conventional, and largely machine-operated farming that abounds in New Zealand, they have chosen the more labor intensive route of 100% organic farming, which they believe produces higher quality fruit. The wine rests in stainless steel for 4 months before release and shows the classic NZ aromas of fresh grasses, ripe grapefruit and tropical fruits.
