Conde de Valdemar Tempranillo Blanco 2023

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, it stands out for its intensity and freshness, with aromas of white fruit such as melon and pear, complemented by citrus hints of grapefruit and subtle notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it has a smooth and enveloping entry, with a fresh and creamy texture. The white fruit and herbal notes persist, leading to a long finish with a distinctive saline touch, a reflection of the limestone soil from which the vineyard originates. 

It is perfect to drink it with small appetizer dishes, creamy cheese platters, fried calamari, carpaccio, sushi, ceviche or chicken skewers. Ideal with shellfish, risottos, duck magret and pastas.
